The company produces various types of steel products using iron scrap as raw material through electric steelmaking. In this process, an intermediate product called BILLET is produced, and this BILLET is completed into various specifications of bar steel products through processes such as heating, rolling, and cooling. From the second half of 2020, we have been investing in a new rolling mill equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and production at this facility began in the third quarter of 2022. Through this, in the steel manufacturing business segment, we mainly divide our production into H-beam, bar steel products, BILLET, and other products.
